I would love to relax. When Summer began I was literally in the hospital having surgery. I got out a few days later and then found out that my father was in need of skin cancer surgery. He has had the surgery and well is now recuperating. I have helped my parents and one of my siblings with her children. This sibling is a nurse and she has wanted to be there for my parents.
I need to be pampered because i'm stressing super duper bad because I start a new job next week and am FREAKING out!
I need a spa break because my granny {who adopted & raised me} She was my mother, my dad & most of all my best friend. She passed away and since then I haven't really been doing much but just sitting or laying in the bed crying. I did go to the doctor and got some medication for depression, but I am on my 3rd kind of meds and its not liking my body.
I would love to go and see if it would make me feel better, even for just 30mins.

I am 32 year old momma...who has NEVER had a day at the spa. And really I am okay with that. BUT, I would LOVE one. I need a massage like NO other. Oh the blog looks great! Let's see, I think I deserve some relaxation because: I have been uber stressed with work and new procedures they've been enforcing. My hubby has been uber stressed at work too, soI've been doing all the cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. since we've moved into a new place. I would say I need to be pampered because I just moved half way across the country! I'm getting my house settled and learning my way around and trying to find a job in a new state. It's a little stressful, but I love it!

You totally opened a can of worms with me about telling you why I would love to be pampered. This has been the week from hell.
PPD diagnosis, huge fight with sister(made up with sister), stress at work, bitch coworker said some not so nice things about me in front of a room full of people (could have gotten fired for workplace violence!!) and now the entire situation has taken an ugly turn, never see the hubs because he got tricked into working night shift for a couple of months and now today my child has a fever of 103 and has caught hand foot mouth from day care.
You really can't make that shit up!!! It did feel kinda good to write it all out though!!!

I just started a new sales position at my parent's company (I'm still doing Arbonne of course...my first love), so it's been very stressful making the decision to go back to the family business. I have been working tons of overtime for the last 6 weeks. 60 hour work weeks are starting to wear me down!!
Well let me count the ways. First I am 60 years old and have never pampered myself. I raised two kids, worked hard to support them. Pampered two husbands, one that I still have. Hoping to do so much better the second time around, butg only to find out he's a bit of a narrcasist. (Sheesh, don't tell anyone, I keep that a bit of a secert.) My choices reflect on me too you know. Then I was diagnosed with emphysema two years ago, about a year after I stopped smoking because I had a lump on my breat. Another great choice, puffing nasty sticks for 41 years. But now lets get to the good news.
On June 24th, I have been smoke free for 2 years. Yay for me. The lump was benign, thank God. I know look at life in a different way. I can remember so many days in my lfe where it was so painful, I thought Oh gosh, how do I get through it. A diganosis of emphysema had changed my life forever, and I don't mean getting out of breath if I try to walk a long distance. I mean every day when I wake up and see the beautiful sunshine beaming through my window, I feel, another beautiful day God gave me to enjoy. It's like Christmas ever day, and every day is a gift. I ignore other people stupidity, and narricisim is one of them. I plan on living another twenty years with emphysema, but if not I will enjoy each wonderful gift of each day God gives me. I began blogging after my diagnosis, and found I enjoy it. I blog about my passions, couponing, going green. Just enjoying myself.
So that is my pampering reasons, and good luck with your new name and adventure. Just remember every day is a new adventure, a new day and gift to do whatever you want. Life is short and so very very precious. You can't go back my friend, but you can go forward and make every single day count as a wonderful experience.
